polli-IPS – Intelligence & Public Safety was founded in Vienna in 2012 by Dr Gert R. Polli. We advise companies, banks and institutions on their security: their knowledge, money, people and reputation.
What we do
We help companies counter industrial and economic espionage and support them in their activities in high-risk regions and situations, at home and abroad.
Our work also covers product piracy, phishing and fraud, the security of banks and financial service providers, and research on the dark web. These topics are connected: whoever buys your data on the dark web writes the next fake invoice to your accounts department.
Dr Gert R. Polli
Dr Gert R. Polli was the first director of the Austrian Federal Agency for State Protection and Counter Terrorism (BVT). From that time he knows how intelligence services, terrorist networks and organised crime operate – and the methods used to spy on and attack companies.
With polli-IPS he makes this experience available to companies. He speaks on espionage and security and is a sought-after media commentator in Austria and Germany.
