In brief

• This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services.
• Fonts and images are hosted on our own server. No data is passed to third parties when you visit.
• We use data from the contact form only to process your enquiry.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH in Linz, Austria. When a page is accessed, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, browser and operating system. This serves the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider deletes the logs after a short period.

Contact form

If you write to us using the form, we store your name, email address, message and – if provided – company, phone number and area of expertise. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

The enquiry is stored in a database on our hosting provider’s server in Austria. To prevent misuse, we also store an irreversible hash of your IP address. The email notification we receive does not contain the content of your enquiry.

We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with and no statutory retention obligation applies, at the latest after three years. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please write to office@polli-ips.com. If you believe that we are not processing your data lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
